Our Services
Therapy, Engagement, Committee, & Programs.

Therapy
Your therapist will collaborate with the chapter to build relationships and provide mentorship. They will support chapter leaders and members in managing stress, mood, and academic issues while also developing skills like organization and time management. In addition to individual support, workshops will be available for all members. Therapists can be contacted via text, email, or phone and can meet on or off campus. Supported by Sorority Serenity's Clinical Director, they serve as trusted resources to enhance women's well-being during their college experience.

Committee
The therapist partners with chapter leadership to form a Wellness Committee with members from each class. The committee receives training to recognize high-risk behaviors and mental health issues in college. Their role is to foster relationships with the therapist and promote wellness. By collaborating with leadership, the committee ensures timely support for members and access to essential health resources.

Engagement
We provide tailored emotional support during recruitment to empower both potential new members (PNMs) and active members, with in-house therapists present during Work Week and Recruitment to ease stress and build confidence. Floating therapists offer real-time support to PNMs, ensuring they feel heard and cared for. Our services promote academic excellence by raising awareness of resources and recognizing achievements like the President’s and Dean’s Lists. We build trust early by engaging new members' families through Zoom introductions, attending Parents’ Weekend, and maintaining open communication. Strong relationships with Chapter Advisors are prioritized through regular check-ins.

Programs
We offer in-person programming and activities for both new and active members that focus on holistic wellness, mental health, and building healthy social dynamics. Workshops cover topics such as setting boundaries, body positivity, managing perfectionism, substance abuse prevention, and balancing academics with social life. New member programming also includes support for transitioning to college, navigating tough conversations, managing disappointment, and fostering a positive self-image. In addition, we co-sponsor wellness events that promote relaxation, mindfulness, and connection, enhancing members’ well-being while strengthening community and sisterhood.
